Anthony Bourdain
Texan through and through, since I could remember I always found a reason to cook for family and friends. I received my degree in Culinary Arts from South Texas College and moved to California to further my career as a Chef. As much as I loved it, I ended up setting my culinary career aside and joined the Army. During this time, I looked for opportunities to continue cooking for others whether it be family, friends or co-workers. As I left the service, I remembered my father's advice to always do what makes one happy. Following those wise words I knew that cooking for others is the definition of true bliss for me. Not only does it bring joy to my life, but it is a passion true to my heart.
Born and raised in Central Wisconsin, its customs and traditions have been a part of me wherever I went. With the urge to experience something more in life, I enlisted in the Army which changed my life for the better. During my travels, I was introduced to the food-truck industry and fell in love with the flavors, mobile availability, and overall culture. After the military, life brought me back to Wisconsin to continue my higher education at UW-Stevens Point. I soon found myself missing the diverse atmosphere and the enjoyment I got from a variety of food choices all within steps of each other. My inner foodie is excited to be part of this growing industry and it is motivating to be able to introduce another option to this area.
Carolina and Taylor met in 2012 while in the military and worked together in San Antonio, TX, Colorado Springs, CO and overseas. Their friendship grew while exploring different cultures and foods around the country and abroad. Good food, great conversations, and their desire to be entrepreneurs, brought them closer with time. After they finished their time in the military, Taylor persuaded Carolina to move to Wisconsin with amazing summers full of endless activities and some cheese curds. (He failed to mention the winters...) With time they realized good food brings people together and created a concept that's unique and flavorful. They want to share their love of food and family while also making a positive impact on the community through their dishes. They hope you join them on this new journey!
